Common themes among them are that even though she is 40, it is too soon and sudden, her huge impact on fashion and other female artists that came after, how impressive her concerts are with no MCs and nonstop dancing for 2 and a half hours in stiletto's etc, and that they think this will be a total retirement; no coming back. Also only artist to have a million seller across 3 decades, and that the timing coincides with her son turning 20, her debut day, and turning 40 and in that way, it really is like a syncronous timing with meaning to it and that may be why she made her decision that it's time to move to the next part of her life.
