That hairstyle with two horns?
I didn't even know it was used in the US. It was always pretty Japanese to me.
E.g. for me that's so Koda Kumi.
It's her go to hairstyle for years now (two 'dumplings' or 'horns' at the top and half of her hair hanging down to be exact). It was even part of her tour goods once, because of that, lol.
