I don't know how Kuu's fanclub works but from what I can assume , normally they tend to give priority to fanclub members who probably don't ballot often and/or 1st timers while for regular fanclub members , it will be 2nd priority ?
Then again since ticket balloting is based on luck , it's hard to tell
Let alone Koda Kumi Fanclub Tour ~AND~ concert venues are Live House but your luck will be much better for Hall venues as they are much bigger & you can ballot for up to 4 tickets , unlike Live House where each fanclub member only can ballot up to 2 tickets
Also do you know if AND is marketed as Kuu's 14th album or Koda Gumi didn't mention anything about it ?
