^ No! You can't join the ballot anymore. The deadline for joining TA and being allowed to take a chance on the ballot was January 28.

The two first dates are in Saitama, a city part of the Greater Tokyo Area. It's 50minutes away from Shibuya Station! I stayed in Tokyo and then went to her concert in Saitama and it was really easy and fast.
