Yeah cos you have to be in her fanclub before last month prior to balloting for the tickets :x
You can always go to the concert venue/s to see if anyone will sell their tickets at on the day itself , provided if anyone writes about it online
I don't know if there will be any on the day sale tickets made available but probably not cos the venues for Koda Kumi Fanclub Tour ~AND~ are Live House and they're not as big as Hall venues
