You can try using Accio Tokyo. I have used them before for ordering stuff online and they went over and above to make sure I got my order while I was still in Tokyo. Whoever is running their message system is really great, though it could take up to 24 hours for them to respond to you. Note: I did not order concert goods or anything like that, just regular stuff off amazon that I needed delivered to the post office near where I was staying. But I believe AT will ship overseas and *might* be cheaper than tenso.
