So I’m in line now. It is huge. And indeed, no credit cards. That information is not posted anywhere but the staff/guards have been shouting it. So yeah, unless you understand Japanese well, you’re kind screwed.
Btw: actually if you change your name in your ticketbo account it WILL reflect the new name on your ticket! I did it for one of my extra tickets and it worked. The ticket reflects only the new name, not the old one that I used originally to get the ticket.
