It's been so long since I actually like something Elva put out I can't actually care. But I do expect quality, I used to love her hahaha
About Jolin's Play I disagree almost completely: I felt that album is her masterpiece. She hasn't done anything like gentlewoman ever. Not like someone already said tried with opera, etc. Phony Queen is the major flaw for me, but I still like it. MUSE was a game changer indeed, but for me Play is a refined result of that change. And I love amei, but of the album you cited I can only agree that amit 2 is a masterpiece. (that's my personal taste haha)
