Not really it's quite a common VIP 'giveaway' here for Japanese artistes who did concerts
When Lantis staged their 1st all star collaboration concert here years back , those who bought VIP tickets (which I did for my sister on my behalf) , at the end of the concert , all the performers went down the stage & gave high 5 to the audience
