No tea, but my boyfriend's divorce lawsuit is also delayed for about an year right now. He heard yesterday that his case won't be heard until October. So, sadly I have learned that it could take a long time before things are finally sorted out.
I don't know about Ayu. Either she required to postphone the divorce herself or the judge won't hear them soon. We don't know (and shouldn't) what else is there to sort out, other than the end of the relationship. Money... properties...
Ayu earns more than he does, so maybe he is taking advantage of that (I don't know this, so don't assume that this is true.) Perhaps, with Manny it was less complicated.
Anyway we don't know what else is there.. only what I know from experiencing a divorce that it is extremely painful. Even when you have accepted that you are better off without your former significant other.
I think it is quite unusual to just publish a case online. Is this normal in America? I mean... hellloooooo? Privacy?
