Looking at the charts, a lot of people with new releases who made it to top 100 are doing a lot worse than ayu (SMAP!, Koda Kumi, miwa, BIG BANG, ayaka, X JAPAN, DREAMS COME TRUE and Mika Nakashima). She is doing amazingly well considering everything!
