I also really like that PV concept.
The multicoloured hairstyles representing the different selves she was in the past and working as transition states between her old styles (the first white-blue bob is probably supposed to resemble the one from Ecstasy PV, the black short one she already revealed as Ima sugu hoshii, the purple pigtails are Ultraviolet). When she's drinking the water, we're entering her inner self, her current self with her natural hair, representing her past making her who she is now. I also like that the mirror, she is talking to in the lyrics, are basically we, the audience of the PV. And the people washing and cutting her hair representing the influences from outside shaping her.
Even tho I think that whole era with AND DNA and the PVs would be really fitting to her 20th Anniversary!
