Yeah, I also like the orchestral elements and some subtle details in the arrangement (like in the second verse) but for me, Black Bird is too similar to her other popular rock-ish tracks like Brave Shine, StarRingChild and RE:I AM. I was never a fan of these tracks. I feel like they don't go to the next level, and are just safe. I feel like tracks like insane dream, Falling Alone and Last Stardust are great examples of rock done well.
As for Tiny Dancers, this is definitely ONE part II, just a more mellow one. It is ok, not a great fan of this also.
Omoide wa Kirei de has grown on me a lot, I really like the verses. It has that nostalgic, bittersweet feel to it.
The last track doesn't really bring anything new to the original, just a more orchestral feel to be in tone with the single. But I like when she brings to attention old tracks.
Also, Black Bird / Tiny Dancers / Omoide wa Kirei de sold 16,146 in its first week on Oricon.
I feel like a new album should come soon, considering she has released 4 singles since her last studio album (although Akane Sasu / everlasting snow was included on her best), especially since she's starting a hall tour entitled Aimer Hall Tour 18/19 “soleil et pluie” at the end of October.
