I don't like when things are called "overrated"; it takes away from the song's credibility and is a little insulting to people who really appreciate the song (it kinda makes them seem like sheep). Good music is good music, and people's tastes differ.

"Underrated" songs, meaning songs that I personally never heard any hype about, but really enjoyed after hearing them are:

I am...
still alone
Ever Free
Connected
flower garden
everywhere nowhere
girlish
And Then
End roll
Dolls

I think her singles are generally recieved with big ceremony because people wait for them with their necks outstretched. And her singles are generally kick ass songs. But a lot of her album-only tracks are looked over or lost in the hubbub, particularly pre-I am... tracks. That's probably because the online Ayu community wasn't really well developed until around that time, when fans could get word out about songs like we do here.
