Has anyone managed to rip the Original Live Movies for Hope and How do you feel now? from the Finally tour DVD/Blu-ray? I tried to rip my own copy but the software I use (I'm on a Mac) can only read the region that's set on my current disc drive (which is 3, like most of my DVDs. Can't change it anymore - hit the limit).
