(Sylvia Plath was its working title. So we know for sure the title of this song now)

There was some controversy going on around the lines in the second verse. She is referring to a 'black narcissist off my back' - and some people online assumed it was about the Azalea Banks feud.

But it is not. She is talking about a much darker, bad personality trait of herself.
