Some are small live performances not concerts as such, like those on Disneyworld and the tokyo parade.
But whatever is the case we are talking about going on a world tour overseas now! and why she hasn't and we can only speculate, you can't get rid of any of the reasons posted before.
The only truth is that she hasn't yet she has the fans doesn't she? she has the position, the years of experience, the money, the staff, the time, the songs!!, the props and outfits (and you know she loves to Reuse and Recycle all of them nowadays)... etc.
