In Brazil it's usual for musicians to release a big concert for DVD or broadcast it and them tour a scalled down version of the same concert so people can watch it live. The video version ends up being promotion for the tour and not a register of it.
This is kinda watch she is doing now... What is nice considering she isn't selling many DVD and Bluray copies anyways and part of the public isn't aware she is a good performer.
