I'm not surprised on this , SPYAIR's JUST LIKE THIS outdoor concerts that they've held yearly since 2015 , it always rain whenever they perform & last year's the rain was so heavy it was surprising their staff didn't cancelled the concert :s
The fact that Shakunetsu no REAL SUMMER PARTY 2019 is the 1st outdoor standalone concert BREAKERZ will do , on 1 hand I hope Being will not cancel but on the other hand , safety comes 1st for everyone
