The funny thing is, Timmy is the sweetest, kindest person you will ever meet. I personally think it's a little classless to be constantly making fun of him for how he looks. He's playing a character, he's wearing a costume, all of which is decided for him by his boss, Ayu. That's just my 2 cents, which comes from hanging out with him earlier this year.
