I've always felt Ayu's lottery ticket prices seemed relatively cheap compared to lots of western concerts so not too surprised by the change. It also means instead of resellers making money reselling seats in good places, Ayu and Avex can make that money in the first place?
Although if some of the money from the tiered prices went to the stage design and some cool new performances...
