According to what Elva said last week in interviews, this time she did not want to start her promotion with a slow/sad song or an upbeat song, because "we all need romance at the moment", IIRC.
I totally agree with you though, basically, if you have seen the teaser, you have seen the whole mv...
I really wanted something upbeat from her since I'm not really into her ballads... If she releases several ballads in a row she's going to lose me
