I'm shocked as well, but with a petite woman like her it is possible the pregnancy wasn't that visible, especially if she knew how to dress.
And when her pregnancy went without problems, working/performing wouldn't be a problem as well.
She's not a heavy dancer or something after all.

All the best to her anyway, no matter how she wanna handle it!
