No the Ken Hirai 15th Anniversary Special!! Vol.4 concert has not been released in Blu-ray format , with it being included in the CD + DVD A of JAPANESE SINGER
In fact , it's the 1st concert that's included as part of Ken's studio albums
Prior to JAPANESE SINGER , Ken's past studio albums only had 1 version release
While for the 35 PVs uploaded on Ken's YouTube , his 1st 23 singles' PVs have not been released in Blu-ray format
If you buy the 3 CDs + Blu-ray version of Utabaka 2 , the PVs in the Blu-ray are from Bye My Melody until Non Fiction
