The funny bit is that Osamu Suzuki seemed to talk about Ayu's reaction stressing him out to the point of constipation maybe and that he wouldn't be able to poop until Ayu did say something about the drama... then Ayu answered along with "Please don't poop" as sort of a reassurance that he doesn't have to worry about pooping LOL.

I think the last line was more to people who watched as thanks to "witnessing the history" that the drama showed?
Also the guy in the picture is Susumu Fujita, the president of CyberAgent. They operate the TV station that developed the drama.
