I love Duty and while it's her best-selling original album, it doesn't seem to be as "iconic" among people as LOVEppears or I am...
I could see a re-release happening but it doesn't really feel like that's the direction they are taking at the moment.

It would make sense with the drama, the trilogy etc. but I think the main focus would still be on the new release.

A new best album could sell rather well but they would have probably released it already if they wanted to capitalize on the drama. I don't think they really see a need for one, A COMPLETE is doing rather well and the drama definitely helped it a bit.
