Over the last few weeks , AKIHIDE not only has updated his blog quite regularly but he also shed a bit more light on the details of his upcoming 8th album LOOP WORLD

15th Oct

Spoiler:

- AKIHIDE began the creating process of LOOP WORLD back in Spring

- Every morning when AKIHIDE woke up , it feels like the same thing AKIHIDE kept doing on repeat

AKIHIDE felt he couldn't move forward whether it's today or yesterday

That's why the album title LOOP WORLD came about in AKIHIDE's mind

- In the LOOP WORLD covers , the word Loop is written as L∞p

AKIHIDE said ∞ reminds him of a Mobius strip with the number 8 being 'drawn' out to him & so happened that 8 symbolises the 8th solo album he has created

Yesterday

- There are 8 songs each in both the main album and the bonus CDs

For both CDs , each has the same music format ie.

- 4 instrumental songs
- 4 songs with AKIHIDE singing in them

- Some songs in the main album CD were created way before LOOP WORLD was even made & others were made most recently with the utilisation of the loop pedal

Yesterday's blog entry that AKIHIDE wrote was interesting & after reading what he wrote about LOOP WORLD's format , I went to check & he did made sense on the bonus CD

I don't know about the main album CD yet ie. on which songs AKIHIDE sung in other than LOOP WORLD (the song) for now but at least it wouldn't be another RAIN STORY 2.0 :s

I find it interesting that there're some very old songs in LOOP WORLD that AKIHIDE didn't include them until now

1st it was Hoshi no Oujisama then it was Toki Yama ni Hi wa Ochite & most recently , Aozora

I'll be very curious to find out which're the very old songs which AKIHIDE did not include before until now in LOOP WORLD
