Kitagawa Keiko makes first public appearance after giving birth

On November 2, actress Kitagawa Keiko attended an event to report the completion of the movie 'Doctor Death no Isan: Black File' (November 13 release).
This marked Kitagawa's first public appearance after giving birth to her daughter on September 7. When the MC told her, "Congratulations on your new baby!" she responded with a smile, "Thank you very much!" Also in attendance was actor Ayano Go who congratulated her and encouraged a warm round of applause from the audience.
Kitagawa expressed, "A lot of things happened this year, but I am happy to be able to make an appearance and release this movie. I am full of gratitude."
'Doctor Death no Isan: Black File' is based on a crime suspense novel by Nakayama Shichiri. It revolves around detectives Inukai Hayato (Ayano) and Takachiho Asuka (Kitagawa), who investigate a series of suspicious deaths of terminal patients. When they learn about Dr. Death, a doctor who performs euthanasia by request, Inukai's only daughter contacts Dr. Death and requests euthanasia.
