"Old people" are allowed to be sexual also. You don't lose your sexuality when you turn forty.
That said, that video was less sexy and more vulgar, and I agree it crossed a line. Not different to what a lot of men--both young and old--tend to talk about when they're in groups, but hardly a way to appeal to his female fans.
Also, Gackt has been crossing a few lines. The bitcoin scandal awhile ago and now his new line of dresses, made with the "King of Hosts" Roland and a popular cabaret girl named Mon Ryo, turned out to be stolen from another dress maker:
