In general they do, but Japan post still isn’t delivering airmail parcels to North America, so our only options are surface 60 days (I think that’s ship) or DHL, which has been very reliable and fast but super expensive
To get DHL you have to send tenso a formal request for a DHL quote through their contact us page (it’s one of the options on that page). Hopefully airmail (EMS) will be available by time of release but I’m not expecting it to happen
