She started Pilates in the lockdown, cause she was a lot at home and barely had any work, never did it before - she said that, too.
And actually you don't need exercise to loose weight.
It helps, especially if you usually don't do sports.
But most of it comes from how and what you eat.
I agree that the marketing is quite aggressive, they spent a lot of money for it obviously.
But Kuu does speak about to incoporate it in a healthy regular schedule, announcing her own and saying what else she does.
So I would take it with a grain of salt, it's just marketing.
It's like with everything, you should still make your own out of it.
