Kuu re-recorded two songs recently:

Yesterday she also recorded with a live band of strings, so she means it when she talked about new arrangements.
She said regarding that recording that it turned into a song which isn't part of her discography yet (classical maybe?).
Her manager also posted about it and added the Stand by you instrumental while sneakingly saying she can't reveal the name of the song, but asking which song she added in the post:

Kuu said in her post that the 2nd song has a live feeling to it ( which is why she recorded it outside the booth where her tean was). Stand by you was the fan song for the W FACE Tour in 2017.
Doesn't really make sense at first glance to re-record album songs on a single best album and it is breaking the concept somehow, but like that more (important) songs fit on the tracklist and no track is going to be repeated on it.
I assume the selected songs are going to be kind of bonus tracks?
Today she's in the studio as well.
She talked a bit about the live string recording yesterday and how it put soul into the song.
And she's re-recording, cause she wants to put more soul/feeling in it.
