Well, you can say so lol I didnt see her state that directly but it has been announced she will sing the theme song for Kamen Rider Geats alongside Shonan no Kaze. It's name is Trust・Last, and it was composed by Kenji, but we only got a lq preview with people talking over it so far... hope it gets a proper release soon.
Other than that, she was in the studio a lot during July and early August, but she seems to be on some kind of summer break these days. Guess she'll be announcing stuff soon!
Also, there was a rumour around twitter about a concert on her 40th birthday, iirc there was an arena/hall (?) which had the date reserved for Kumi according to its website. But I dont remember the details and the tweet got deleted
