I think you guys are forgetting that she has said multiple times, especially recently, that she has no plans to stop and that she felt that she found "Ayu" again recently. The most recent Countdown Live really had a lot of hints of the old Ayu, too. Given what she has said, I really, really don't think this is a retirement announcement - it's way too out of character.
Also, she showed the most energy and breath control in her latest concert in a long time. The notes not being hit are almost surely a problem with her just not being able to hear the notes; it's possible that the sound system just wasn't set up optimally, or her hearing was worse during that concert. But her vocal condition was great.
