To those who have registered as TeamAyu app members residing outside of Japan


Thank you for supporting ayumi hamasaki.

The TeamAyu app was released yesterday (June 28), but due to a delay in system maintenance, it is currently not possible to download the app from outside of Japan.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause to those who have already paid their membership fees.

The reason for this is that it is taking longer than initially expected to develop the application, and there is a delay in providing the application outside of Japan.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are currently working hard to provide the application to the rest of the world, and we expect to start providing it sequentially around the beginning of August.
Information on the launch of the application will be posted on the following website.
*We plan to release the apps as they become available, starting with countries/regions that are ready for them.

However, due to differences in laws and regulations of each country and region in the App Store and Google Play, there is a possibility that you may not be able to install the application in some countries and regions in the future.

In light of the above, we will process refunds for members residing outside of Japan who have already made a payment and wish to receive a refund.

As for the ticket pre-registration for members residing outside Japan, the URL of the application page will be sent to you by e-mail when the pre-registration for "ayumi hamasaki 25th Anniversary Live Tour" Act 2 and Act 3 starts.
*Admission for Act 2 is scheduled to start in July, and for Act 3 in October.
*Please note that the application start date is only a schedule and may be subject to change.
*After the release of the application, you will be able to go to the application page from within the application.
