From what I'm getting, the post is Ayu talking about how her issues with her hearing, and her vocal cords, caused her to almost give up on singing entirely. She felt like she needed to start planning a "final stage" at one point, as her ability to hear and sing was deteriorating rapidly. However, she began working with her current vocal trainer - Kon - a while back, and she began to learn how to sing again as if she was a beginner, reminding her of the time prior to her debut.
She credits him and his approach to vocal training with her being able to undertake the 47 Prefecture tour at all, and be able to "face my 25th anniversary with pride, instead of shame".
What I'd take from this is that her health issues began to greatly impact her, and she needed to relearn new techniques to work alongside how her body works now, instead of trying to simply force it to work how it always has. I'm so happy that she has found someone like Kon to guide her professionally I can't imagine how hard she has worked, mentally and physically, to be able to talk about this openly.
