It's still available to buy. The CDs are just not in print anymore and most big sellers like amazon probably got rid of the stock by now.
As for the streaming services: Its a contract revision thing. It can take a while depending on how important people in charge deem it to be. There's nothing we can do other than someone writing a mail to her distributer (whoever is holding the rights of her music by now, I still find this confusing after DSP was founded) and straight up just ask them. If not, all we can do is wait.
