Ayaka will digitally release her new song "Zutto Kimi to" on May 29.
"Zutto Kimi to" is the brand song for Daio Paper Corporation's 'Elleair Pet Kimi Omoi' which the singer serves as its ambassador. She was inspired by the messages that pet-owners nationwide sent through social media in writing the song.
Ayaka, who is a dog-owner herself, commented, "I wrote this song while emphasising with everyone's feelings, and while thinking of my dogs who give me healing and love daily since becoming family 13 years ago. It's a song that was written while holding my dogs Ao and Raki in my arms, so I can feel their warmth every time I hear it or sing it."
The music video featuring Ao and Raki will premiere on the song's release day at 8:00 pm JST.
