Especially given that the PV wasn't great it seems unlikely the CD+DVD would outsell the CD* so I think the total sold is more likely to be 99,400 rather than 162,000. ie the normal CD sold 62700 and the CD+DVD version 36700 copies.
Hard to say if this is good or not since no-ones sure of the timescale. But that gorgeous cover is probably helping sales a fair bit
*If it were a similar price this could make sense but CD+DVD is much more expensive (amazon.co.jp):
