Think of this CD as like the Gold Disc Awards CDs. They include songs from artists on different record labels.
One example on this CD: Le Couple (they're under Pony Canyon)
Unless it was titled like "Avex 90's Hits" or something, it won't include any other artists other than avex and artists under its sub-companies.
