CAROLS didn't get the acoustic version because it already sounds like acoustic, maybe ayu thought that the acoustic version of CAROLS won't be any different with the original mix, so she didn't put it

and by the way... i'm eager to see ayu release another Acoustic Orchestra album, maybe after she released her next album... waiting.....
