Real audiophiles prefer the best quality possible, whether it be vinyl OR CD, period. There's far to much to get into here about the different formats, but a remastered M E.P. on CD would own. I mentioned in my earlier post that the pops and clips would be eradicated for sure. As I recorded directly from my first copy of the M E.P. which had been played in a club (unknown how many times) I noticed skips in the Airwave mix of UNITE! and annoying smaller skips in other tracks. "Download the MP3's that are widely available" you say? Back to my original point: compressed audio

And again, I mentioned for convenience. I would rather a record co put together a CD than me havin' to waste hours mastering a CD on my own with no guarantee guarentee I would be completely satisfied with the end result. When was the last time you were at a friends house or drivin' your car and put a vinyl on the mobile turntable? Chances are never.
