Hikki's Budokan concert is boring, really boring, and she changed the songs around. She has no sense of taste, and dresses like an old hobo woman throughout. Her voice isn't very impressive either. It has a good set list tho.
BoA's concert is alright. It's good in the first hour, then it gets boring when the old songs begin. Beware of lipsynching (at least in the TV version), she lip synched part of Midnight Parade.

I'd agree with Namie and BoA, but I found Hikki's concert great. And she looked cute in the yellow dress and her voice was fine. Namie's vocals were better though, and she was moving around a lot more.
If I had to choose one though, get Namie's concert. She's got great setlists, vocals, and dances. Very nice.
