Haha, you kidding me?! Seriously, you can't trust news from Hong Kong. It's all trashy news that are in the tabloids.
Anyway, I doubt the Japanese would even do such a thing. It just feels all too exaggerated to me. Where's the proof? Unless they quote one or two examples, it's obvious that some people are just trying to ruin Ayu's reputation.
