There's no official confirmation saying if Ayu did a surgery or not. If there was I'm sure most people would know for now. What we can do is guess if she really did or not. And guessing something is not really saying the truth. Until ayu says if she did or not we can't go on saying "yes she did for sure", "no she didn't for sure" cause we aren't Ayu (or her doctor if she has done the surgery hahahaha
) Plus keeping a secret is a law for medical staff. If Ayu did the surgery and doesn't want to say she did it, she has the right to do so and no doctor can ever give that info away. If she didn't do she doesn't have to bother saying "no I didn't do a surgery LOL". So this question will probably remain with no answer forever.
