In the video, the red dress is almost the same as the one that she performed Teddy Bear in at the Arena Tour 04. I say almost the same, because the Teddy Bear dress was much bigger. I imagine the reason they changed it was because the dress wouldn't have fit in that box. However, it is made to look like it is the same Teddy Bear dress - she is also wearing the same hat and jewelry.
