We went over this in phonetics class and it really helped me with the pronunciation.. the japanese 'fu/hu' is a 'bilabial fricative' meaning you pronouce it with your two lips. Think of how you articulate an 'f', with your top teeth and bottom lip, then but try dong the same thing with your two lips. Hope this helps
