I think the time listed from YesAsia is local time, I don't know if it's GMT. MA was released on 17th last year, and YesAsia shipped it out on 16th, and I got mine around 22nd. There is a really good chance that MY STORY will arrive before 25th, depending on how good your local postal service is, and how much extra work they put in to deliver things before 23rd
