They're fan-make.

Here's a easy way to insert permanent subs into the video file, if you fancy ^^

Get some subtile (or make them yourselve) files in either .sub or .srt formats.

Install vobsub
Get TMGENC

Put the subs. file in the directory of the video with the same file name as usual

Load the video in TMGENC
from there you can encode it into mpeg-1 or some other formats (almost all avi) by using save as in the menu.
If you need to encode it into other formats, first encode it into some sort of avi, then use other apps to re-encode into others

* Use the preview to see if the output file will have the subtitles, and if the subtitles are displayed correctly.

It's not hard just time consuming, and quite demanding on your pc hardware, as well as the format converting into more different formats will do.

It's things like this that makes u want to have a pc with tens of cpus, hundreds gigs of rams and many teras of HD. (a 212MB 26min XVID avi file took me half a hour and 30+Gigs of HD for it to make into an uncompressed avi with embedded subs.)

Try it. ^^
