I can read some things (only katakana).

The first thing is to choose your present for voting, or something similar... the options are:
-MVA Pair Ticket
-MVA Single Ticket
-Special gueezu (¿?) [Sorry, but i can't find and english word to match this ^^U]

So.... this don't mind for us. Choose whatever you want ^^

PS. In the post code write only numbers (at first i wrote some letters, like in the example image, and i got and error)

EDIT: Another thing... when you vote once you've to wait 10 minutes for voting again or you'll get an error
